Terms and Conditions for Free Gift Promotion

• Eligibility:
  - This promotion is valid only for purchases of $999 or more (excluding taxes, shipping, and other fees) made on Neoshine.com.
  - The free gift is a pair of Bezel Diamond Earrings featuring 0.3CT lab-grown diamonds.
• Gift Availability:
  - The free gift is limited to the first 20 qualifying orders. Once the allocated gifts are claimed, the promotion will no longer be available.
  - No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are allowed for the free gift.
• Claiming the Gift:
  - Customers must add the free gift to their cart during checkout to claim it.
  - If the free gift is not claimed at the time of purchase, it cannot be added to the order later.
• Returns and Refunds:
  - If the qualifying item(s) are returned for a refund, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
