Our Commitment to Jewelry Quality and Craftsmanship
At Neoshine, we are dedicated to offering the highest quality fine jewelry and stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Defect Warranty
If your purchased item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so that we can evaluate your jewelry.
For customers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K.: We will provide a free return shipping label.
For customers in other countries/regions: A $50 deposit is required before shipping your item to Neoshine for evaluation. This deposit covers shipping and the assessment by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage falls under the warranty. If the damage is covered, the deposit will be fully refunded, and we offer free return shipping for all warranty repairs.
For repairs not covered by the lifetime warranty, we will provide a repair estimate for customer approval before proceeding. If the quote is approved, the deposit will be applied towards the repair. If the customer chooses not to proceed, the deposit will be used to cover return shipping.
Warranty Coverage
If a warranty issue is confirmed, Neoshine will repair or replace the product at no cost. Repairs or services performed by jewelers outside of Neoshine will void the warranty. All fine jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear, especially rings, which endure daily use and impact.
Our manufacturing warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear, including loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft.
Discoloration of metals, caused by chemicals, cosmetics, or exposure to swimming pools and hot tubs.
Prong wear: Prongs, especially on rings, may wear down over time and may need repair as part of normal maintenance.
Gemstone loss: Gemstones may loosen or fall out due to everyday wear or damage.
Intentional damage: Any damages or alterations caused by deliberate actions are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Extended Service Plan
Neoshine offers an extended service plan, covering many common wear and tear issues, for an additional fee. We also recommend purchasing independent jewelry insurance to cover major damages, loss, or theft. For more information, please contact Neoshine.

We highly recommend purchasing independent jewelry insurance through an external provider to protect against significant damages, loss, or theft.
