Price matching is our commitment to ensuring that you purchase lab-grown diamonds at the best price available on the market. If you find a comparable diamond offered at a lower price by another U.S. retailer, we will match that price. Since we source our lab-grown diamonds directly from the diamond growers, we can assure you that our prices are among the most competitive on the market today.
How Do You Price Match?
Before you proceed with price matching, keep the following in mind:
Price matching applies only to loose diamonds, and using this service comes at no cost to you.
Our Neoshine customer service team members are full-time employees, trained to ensure that your price match request is fairly evaluated.
Our customer service team does not work on commission, so they will never push Neoshine diamonds on you. They will fairly evaluate your request to ensure accuracy in the match.
First, compare our loose diamond with a lab-grown loose diamond of the same quality from any retailer. When evaluating diamonds, make sure you're comparing like-for-like. This includes all the 4Cs: carat weight, cut (including shape), color, and clarity. The two diamonds being compared must have identical attributes for these four diamond characteristics. Be sure that the diamond you're evaluating is sold on a publicly accessible, legitimate retailer’s website, not from a private seller. If you believe our diamond is priced higher than another retailer's diamond (with the same 4C parameters), contact customer service or call Neoshine, and one of our qualified agents will be happy to assist you. If all parameters are exactly the same and our price is higher, we will match the lower price you found—this is our promise!
Why Do We Only Price Match Loose Diamonds?
Every handcrafted jewelry piece is unique; styles, total carat weight, gold weight, sizes, and crafting methods vary. Even craftsmanship differs from jeweler to jeweler, including techniques for setting diamonds, the number of polishes, and the thickness of rhodium plating. As a result, it’s impossible to fairly compare it with another similar piece. To keep things simple, we refrain from comparing prices for finished jewelry.

Price Matching Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Price matching applies only to lab-grown loose diamonds and not to finished/complete jewelry. Diamonds that can be set in our "Design Your Engagement Ring" section are eligible for price matching review.

Special Orders: Special orders through our true custom program are not eligible for price matching, as we select the highest quality diamonds for your true custom order based on your requested specifications.
Public Pricing: The competitor's price must be publicly available and cannot be for unique or individual sales. Diamonds listed on market average websites of other retailers are not eligible for the price matching program.
4C Standards: The two lab-grown diamonds being compared must have the same carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and shape characteristics. Neoshine agents will have sole discretion in determining whether the two diamonds are comparable.
Pre-Purchase Matching: Price matching guarantees are only applicable before you purchase an item from us. Under no circumstances will we issue partial refunds for price match requests made after purchase.
Verification Requests: To verify a comparative price, customers must provide our diamond consultants with the competitor’s diamond link. All price matching requests must be submitted to customer service via email.
Legitimate Retailer: The diamond must be from a legitimate certified retailer, not from individuals or private sellers. The price matching guarantee does not apply to resale or commercial purposes.
Valid Price: The lower price must be valid at the time Neoshine verifies your request. We do not accept expired offers or prices.
USD Pricing: The competitor’s diamond pricing must be listed in USD.
In-Stock Items: The competitor’s diamond must be available for purchase and in stock at the time of comparison.
Special Promotions: The competitor’s special promotions (e.g., rebates, gift cards, bundled products, and "buy one, get one free" offers) do not qualify for the price match guarantee.
Inapplicable Entities: Pawnshops and auction houses (both online and physical) do not qualify for the price match guarantee.
No Combination with Other Offers: The price match guarantee cannot be combined with any other Neoshine offers, including Neoshine free or discounted ring promotions through our subscriber discounts, or other selected coupon codes.
Third-Party Offers: The price match guarantee cannot be combined with any third-party, influencer, or affiliate partner offers (including discounts, coupons, loyalty, rebate, or reward partnerships).
Evaluation Timeframe: Our agents may need up to two (2) business days to complete the price matching evaluation. We will notify the customer of the decision, and if the price match is approved, we will issue a one-time coupon code for the price match via email.
