1. Shipping & Delivery
How does Neoshine handle shipping?
Neoshine partners exclusively with UPS to provide secure and reliable shipping for all orders. Free shipping is available for orders over $999, with expedited options at an additional cost. International shipping is available to over 40 countries, and all shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety of your jewelry.
In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: Require 7–10 business days for processing.

Does Neoshine ship to remote areas?
Yes, we do. However, shipments to remote areas are subject to additional fees:
• Remote Area Surcharge: $30 for standard remote areas.
• Extremely Remote Areas: $35 for areas classified as "super rural" or extremely difficult to access (e.g., isolated farms or extended regions in Alaska, Hawaii, or certain international destinations).

What shipping fees apply for orders under $999?
Orders under $999 incur a $25 shipping fee. For orders over $999, shipping via UPS Worldwide Express Saver® is free.
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. If you accept it, contact us immediately at support@Neoshine.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement. Please retain all packaging and receipts for a smooth claims process.
2. Jewelry Quality & Warranty
What is Neoshine’s jewelry warranty?
Neoshine offers a lifetime warranty on all jewelry against manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps or faulty settings. We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
What is covered under the warranty?
Covered: Manufacturing defects, prong wear, gemstone loosening.
Not Covered: Damage due to chemicals, cosmetics, or exposure to swimming pools, and intentional damage or alterations by third parties.

How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a claim, contact us at support@Neoshine.com. For U.S., Canada, Australia, or U.K. customers, a free UPS return label will be provided. Customers in other regions may be required to pay a $50 deposit for evaluation.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is Neoshine’s return policy?
Neoshine offers a 30-day free return policy for eligible U.S. orders. International orders are also eligible for returns within 30 days.
Pre-designed items: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Diamond certificates: Missing certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee.

How do I return my order?
To initiate a return:

How should I care for my jewelry to keep it looking its best?
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
• Remove jewelry before swimming in pools or hot tubs.
