Neoshine Jewelry - Shipping, Warranty, Returns & Care
1. Shipping & Delivery
Neoshine offers free shipping through FedEx, DHL, or UPS for U.S. orders, with expedited options available. International shipping is also available to over 40 countries. All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety of your jewelry.
- In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping options are available.
- Custom Jewelry: Takes 2 weeks for crafting, and you will be notified once it ships.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure that your address is correct before confirming your purchase.
Yes! We ship to over 40 countries, including the U.K., Australia, and Canada. Free international shipping via FedEx International Economy is provided for most countries, and all taxes and duties are calculated based on your location.
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. If you accept it, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement. Please retain all packaging and receipts for a smooth claims process.
2. Jewelry Quality & Warranty
Neoshine offers a lifetime warranty on all jewelry against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any issues related to craftsmanship, such as broken clasps or faulty settings. We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., clasp failure, broken chains).
- Normal wear and tear, such as prong wear or gemstone loosening, is covered.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to chemicals, cosmetics, or exposure to swimming pools.
- Intentional damage or alterations by third-party jewelers.
Yes, Neoshine provides repair services for items outside the warranty. We will provide an estimate for your approval before proceeding with repairs.
To file a claim, please contact us with your details. For customers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, or the U.K., we will send you a free return shipping label. For other regions, a $50 deposit may be required for evaluation.
3. Returns & Refunds
Neoshine offers 30-day free returns for eligible U.S. orders. International orders are also eligible for returns within 30 days. Please ensure the items are in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates.
- Pre-designed items can be returned for a full refund.
- Customized items (including custom diamonds and ring settings) cannot be returned but are covered by our lifetime warranty.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service representative.
- Use the order lookup tool: If you are a guest, enter your order details.
- We will assist you with the return or exchange process through our chatbox or email.
Make sure to have your order details ready, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
Custom jewelry, including engraved pieces, is not eligible for return. However, it is covered by our lifetime manufacturing warranty for any defects.
Refunds are processed after inspection, which takes up to 7 business days. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your statement within one billing cycle. Special orders will receive a store credit.
To return an item, please use the original packaging to ensure its safety during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us. We also recommend insuring the package for the full value of the item to protect it in case of loss or damage during transit.
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process and issue your refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

To keep your Neoshine jewelry looking its best, follow these tips:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
- Store your jewelry in the box provided to avoid scratches and tangling.
- Use a soft cloth to clean your jewelry regularly and polish it to maintain its shine.
Yes! Neoshine offers resizing services for most of our rings. If your ring is too tight or too loose, we can resize it to ensure the perfect fit. Please contact customer service for more details and to initiate the resizing process.
We recommend having your jewelry checked annually for any loose stones or signs of wear. Regular check-ups help ensure that your jewelry stays in excellent condition for years to come.
