Neoshine Shipping Policy

At Neoshine, we are dedicated to delivering efficient, secure, and high-quality shipping services to our global customers. Please carefully review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Areas

1.1 Target Markets

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • North America: United States and Canada.
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Poland.
  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan.
  • Oceania: Australia and New Zealand.

For unlisted regions, please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping availability and associated costs.

1.2 Restricted Areas

Neoshine complies with the regulations of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Shipping is unavailable to countries under U.S. trade sanctions, such as Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, and Belarus. For details, visit: OFAC Sanctions List.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

2.1 Official Shipping Partner

We exclusively partner with UPS to provide reliable, professional delivery services worldwide.

2.2 Shipping Options

  • UPS Worldwide Express Saver® (Free): Delivery within 5–7 business days for orders over $999. For orders under $999, a $25 USD shipping fee will apply.
  • UPS Worldwide Express: Delivery within 3–5 business days for an additional $30.
  • UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Delivery within 1–3 business days for an additional $60.
  • Remote and Extremely Remote Areas

    Remote areas are geographically isolated, sparsely populated, or difficult to access. UPS applies additional fees for such shipments:

    • Remote Area Surcharge: A $30 surcharge applies to standard remote areas.
    • Extremely Remote Areas: For areas classified as "super rural" or extremely difficult to access (e.g., isolated farms, extended areas in Alaska and Hawaii, or certain international destinations), an additional $35 USD transportation fee may apply.

    Note: These surcharges are solely to cover additional transportation expenses and do not guarantee expedited service.

2.3 Holiday Delivery and Signature Requirements

Orders placed during holidays will be processed to ensure timely delivery. All shipments require an adult signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.

2.4 Address Requirements

Shipping is available to verified residential or business addresses only. PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery.

3. Receiving and Inspection

3.1 Receiving Guidelines

Upon delivery, please check the following:

  • The external packaging is intact and undamaged.
  • The product details match your IGI certificate and order information.

3.2 Customs Inspections

4. Duties and Taxes

4.1 United States and Canada

Neoshine covers all import duties for shipments to the U.S. and Canada. Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes (e.g., GST, PST, HST, or state taxes).

4.2 Europe

VAT estimates are provided at checkout for transparency.

4.3 Australia and Other Regions

  • Australia: Orders are exempt from import duties but may incur local taxes.
  • Other Regions: Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. For inquiries, contact our support team.

4.4 Customs Clearance

Customers must handle customs clearance independently. Contact your local customs office for applicable regulations and fees.

5. Order Processing Times

5.1 Ready-to-Ship Products

Products marked "Ready to Ship" are pre-manufactured for faster delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

5.2 Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-Order items require 7–10 business days for processing due to their personalized nature and high-quality standards.

5.3 Notifications

Order status updates are sent via email. Customers can also track their orders on the Neoshine website.

5.4 Address Changes

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order.

6. Delivery Delays and Liability

6.1 Common Delay Causes

Delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Carrier-related issues.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.2 Loss or Tampering

If your package is lost or tampered with, report the issue within 5 days of receiving the tracking number to support@Neoshine.com.

7. Return Policy

7.1 Non-Made-to-Order Products

Eligible for 30-day free returns. Customers must initiate a return request via our website. A prepaid UPS return label will be provided. Refunds are processed upon inspection of the returned item.

7.2 Made-to-Order Products

Due to their personalized nature, Made-to-Order products are not eligible for returns. However, Neoshine offers a lifetime warranty for all Made-to-Order products. Contact support@Neoshine.com for repairs or replacements.
